Error when migrating from CMS 2001 to CMS 2002

| Hi All,
I'm trying to migrate from cms 2001 to cms 2002. I install cms 2002, run the
DCA everything goes well until the part where the migration of the templates
proceeds, and I get this error:
[Critical Errors]
BEGIN Exception caught in main
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Timeout expired. The timeout period
elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.ExecuteReader(CommandBehavior

Status: Failed
I've adjusted the SQL time-out parameter to unlimited but keep getting this
error.
Please someone help me this is urgent!!
