Hi stefan,

"A user can modify the MCMS site if they belong to at least one rights group
in the following roles: administrator, channel manager, template designer,
resource manager, author, editor, or moderator."

For subscriber, UserCanModifySite will always return False (base on the
explanation above). To make it return True for a Read/Write site, I did the
following.

1. Create a new rights group e.x, "My Template Designers" as Template
Designers Roles.
2. Add the subscriber as a member to this new rights group under the "Group
Members" tab..
3. Do not check any container under the "Group Rights" tab for "My Template
Designers". (Not even the root containers)

By doing this, UserCanModifySite will return True in the Read/Write site and
return False in the ReadOnly site for subscriber.

Let me know if there is any implication.

Thanks,
Lam
