problem starting sharepoint

| Hello,
I am new to sharepoint application, I did install the
sharpoint 2003 on windows 2003 server. I can access the administration tools
sharpoint for service and server and I did great default top level website,
my question How to get the main screen where I can creat group and users
access to these groups and start create the pages for each group.
as I am having problem on access the webpage of the sharpoint.
needs help in this issue please.

this newsgroup focuses on Microsoft Content Management Server - not on
SharePoint.
You should post your question to a SharePoint related newsgroup.
