| Thanks Stefan for your supports. I finally found the way to fix my problem
by looking your response to other user, and I think this is very common
problem to CMS developers.
Solution:

Hi Alex,
the CMS virtual directory needs to be inside the solution folder.
It needs to point to the following physical location:
\program files\microsoft content management server\server\IIS_CMS
Please do not copy the content but create a virtual directory pointing to
this location.
Also ensure that the virtual directory does not become a web application -
means you need to remove the web application setting after you created the
virtual directory.
