| Hi Mike,
I recommend the recent Packt Publishing MCMS book
(http://www.cmswire.com/cms/web-cms/...ased-000502.php).
Its a very practical resource written by people with a lot of hands on
experience and more than a dash of credibility. We've found it
extremely useful.
