Author Pages in Chinese not getting displayed

Hi,

This is a weird problem that we are facing.
Our company's Intranet site is hosted in London. The site is in two
languages English and Chinese.

The users in England are able to see all the pages in both English and
Chinese but the users in China are not able to see all the pages in Chinese.
They can see only few pages in both Chinese and English but can see all the
pages in English.

We are using CMS 2001.

Please suggest some solution

Thanks,
Ashish

Hi Ashish,

if the users in England are able to see pages in English and Chinese, the
server seems to work correct.
What error is displayed for the Chinese pages in China?

Cheers,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,

There are no errors displayed.
The right frame of the page should display some text...but it is appearing
blank. The left frame displays the menu structure, it is getting displayed
properly.

Thanks,
Ashish

Hi Ashish,

then check in the IIS log if the request arrives at the server.
If the request arrives you would have to step through the code in a debugger
to see what's going on.

Cheers,
Stefan
