Well I think that it is an MCMS bug then - my handler for the
WebAuthorContext.SavePostingEvent does get called, but the handler for the
WebAuthorContext.Committed event never gets called.

I will use the less appropriate SavePostingEvent, though this does cause me
a few problems (I only want to write the Guid when the posting has been
approved and is therefore available to guest subscribers...)
