Resource Manager TreeView Display Problem

| I have been working with the Developer's Edition on Windows 2003 Server and
when I click on the Resource Manager link on the WAC the Galleries display in
the correct tree view. We recently set up the Standard Edition on another
Windows 2003 Server all the same settings except for the difference in CMS
Editions. When I click on the Resource Manager Link in the SE server the
galleries do not display in a tree view, but instead across the screen. The
option is selected to "View as Tree". Why is this happening?

the tree view seems to be broken.
