This ones for Stefan. I posted about an issue with saving a page on 25/7. You
suggested the following for which I was most grateful:

"Hi Jake,

please check the following article:
http://download.microsoft.com/downl...c3a1-4003-9272-
2404e92bb76a/MCMS+2002+-+(complete)+FAQ.htm#FBCAE7EE-AE3F-4F1E-B017-
2ECD03749FA3

Please also check custom workflow events. The fact that it takes a long time
to return seems to indicate a problem in the workflow process.

If this does not help, check the eventlogs on your SQL server to see if
there is a problem on the SQL server that causes the problem.

Cheers,
Stefan"

I have checked the SQL Server event logs and cannot find anything obvious.
We don't use custom workflows and my developers say that we do not place any
additional <FORM> tags in the templates (FAQ link). We are still getting
issues when saving and the business are concerned about the use of CMS as it
means the user has to redo the whole page that they were working on. I have
posted again due to the concern that they will stop using it. I have a screen
shot of the error the users get when saving. But there seems to be no way of
uploading them on the forum - unless I've missed something. Could I email
them to you or something?

Thanks very much

Jake

Hi Jake,

if none of the reasons below work you should open a support case with
Microsoft Product Support Services.

Cheers,
Stefan
