Resource Gallery odd behavior / missing images

| OK. This problem has occured twice and the only way I've been able to
correct it was to uninstall and reinstall CMS. That's a royal pain. Here's
the scenario:
After I install CMS, create a successful temple. etc., I want to add
resources into the resource gallery. It works great. The images upload to
the resource gallery and my placeholders can access them. Then, from what
appears to be random, I can no longer upload additional resources. When I
get to the "Add resource" page, I browse to the image I want to upload, the
"Local Resource" textbox is populated with the image's file path, I click
"OK" and the image never is uploaded. Instead, I get the dreaded red "X"
indicating there is no image associated with the resource. What is going on
here? Who else has experience this? What can I do to fix this? If you need
more information from me please let me know.
TIA,
Adam

| Hi Adam,
next time this happens you should open a support case for this.
Usually this is caused when invalid permissions get assigned to the
rdonlyres or the MCMS temp folder.
Cheers,
Stefan

| I needed to give Everyone Full Control over C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Content Management Server\Server.
