Author Searching/replacing specific links within all postings in a site

Hello -- Is there a mechanism for finding specific text or links within all
postings on a cms site? We have had a coupole of occasions recently in which
departments change their names and/or their external link url. In these
cases we have just had to manually "hunt" for these through all the postings
but I'm guessing that there is a way to do a find and replace available.

I appreciate any help or suggestions you might have.
Thank you
Jim
