Does anyone know if Microsoft will be supporting MCMS on .net framework 2.0?

SP2 for MCMS 2002 will add .NET 2.0 Framework support. This was announced
at TechEd 2005. It will be released 30-90 days after the .NET 2.0 RTM
release date.

Check Stefan's blog for an early (albeit unsupported) look into using .NET
2.0 in an MCMS environment.

The timeframe below is not correct.
SP2 will be released "short after" the availability of RTM of VS.NET 2005.
What "short after" means has not yet been communicated.

Cheers,
Stefan

The timeframe had changed? My bad... I got the 30-90 days from Arpan's
session @ TechEd USA in June. Not surprising that things could have
changed. All in all, good news!

Hopefully it has changed to "will be released with .NET 2.0 / SQL 2005 RTM"
