I recently upgraded my cms instance on a win 2k3 server and since then I
haven't been able to switch to edit site on any of my sites. When I click on
the edit site link the page refreshes and thats it I don't even get an error.

Any Ideas?

Thanks!

Hi,

this problem can happen if some files were in use during installation of
SP2.
Then these files could not be replaced.

To resolve this please uninstall SP2, stop IIS and install SP2 again while
IIS is stopped.
In addition you should clear the "Temporary ASP.NET Files" folder from .NET
framework.
E.g. for ASP.NET 1.1:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files

This should resolve the problem.

Cheers,
Stefan
