Hi,
I have MCMS MCMS 2002 installed with Service Pack2. I have Microsoft Office
2003 installed on the server running MCMS. When I run the spell checker it
does the spell check but once complete it crashes giving the following error

"The following add-on was runnin when this problem occured:

File: NRDHtml.dll
Company Name: Microsofot Corporation
Description: KB886189
"
The spell checker runs and gives me the normal warnings and suggestions as
in Microsoft Word but crashes when complete.

How do I fix this problem.
Thanks
Arjuna.

Hi Arjuna,

you might want to open a support case for this.

Cheers,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,

I noticed that this happens when I have a Placeholder in a DIV tag and hide
the DIV tag. Is this a known issue and if so is there a workaround to this.

Thanks
Arjuna.

Hi Arjuna,

yes this is a known issue.
You are not allowed to hide a html placeholder control as this breaks the
link between the toolbar active x control and the active x control used by
the editor.
You are only allowed to hide the control on the serverside using methods
that prevent the rendering of the active x controls.

Cheers,
Stefan
