Author No CMS Enabled projects in template explorere after moving to VS2005 and SP2

I've installed SP2 and moved our project from VS2003 to VS2005. After a few
minor changes the project compiles and functions, but when i try to use the
template explorer I get the error: "No cms-enabled projects are open".
The "Enable as MCMS project" button is greyed out.

The site functions fine and if I create a new solution and a new CMS project
it works fine and I'm able to use the template explorer in the new solution.

What does the template explorer use to determine if there is a cms-enabled
project open? And is there anyway that i can change this setting?

Thanks,
Estyn
