Hi,

I just moved office and had to change my password. Ever since, I can't
access SCA and all the CMS sites. I keep getting "Service Unavailable". I
know there's somewhere that I need to update the password with my new
password but I can't seem to find it. Anyone out there that can shed some
light would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I had to update the password of the identity
account for the application pool in IIS. Forgot to mention, I'm using Windows
2003.

Hi Arturo,

Service Unavailble is an IIS problem and not a MCMS problem.
Usually you will find an entry in the eventlogs.

If not, please post the question to an IIS related newsgroup.

Cheers,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,

I know is an IIS problem but only happens when installing MCMS. If I
uninstall MCMS everything is runs fine again with the websites. I think when
DCA configures the virtual sites, it changes some settings in IIS that i need
to correct for them to work fine.

I receive this error message only after runnning DCA, so is directly related
to MCMS

Im running Windows Server 2003 x64

Thanks

Hi Arturo,

x64 is only supported with MCMS 2002 with MCMS 2002 SP2 and when running IIS
in 32 bit mode.

Cheers,
Stefan
