| Hi Lta,
there is problem in your site when creating the following Comobject:
AeSession.AeSession.1
Either there is a permission problem on your registry or this COM object is
not correctly registered.
Cheers,
Stefan

| I have been looking into this rof a week now and need some practical advice.
I have reinstalled 4 times now and still receive the same problem. I am
installing as the local administrator. You say it is one of two problems:
Registry permission problem:
1. Using regmon & regsvr32.exe /u /s "D:\Program Files\Microsoft Content
Management Server\Server\Bin\AEServerObject.dll", I can see that
HKCR\AESession.AESession1 is showing up as Access Denied to the local Admin.
How is this possible I am the local admin?
2. This is obviously an MCMS addition to the registry how can this be fixed?
3. There are also alot of "Not Found" errors such as
HKCR\AESession.AESession.1\CLSID but this is immediatly after success is
reported. What does this mean?
4. I can force the correct permissions on the HKCR\AESession.AESession.1
registry entry and the dll is reported to have registered correctly but there
is no change, the same error still occurs.
5. Why are there no entries in the system logs?
COM object is not correctly registered
6. How is the COM object supposed to be registered?
7. How can I verify if it has or hasn't registered correctly?
8. Why has the installer not registered the COM object correcty?
9. Why did the installer not report an error?
10. Why are there no entries in the system error log?
I really need some help with this. What are the next steps? Maybe this needs
taking to the next level, if so how do I do this?
