MCMS 2002 SP2 works fine localhost/internal network but not internet facing

| Hi,
I am guessing this is Network related but wanted to be sure.
We just deployed our MCMS Servers to the Internet after in-house
testing. There was no problems in-house and it was tested both on the
local server itself (setting the hosts entry for the channel to be
localhost) and via other computers browsers on the internal network
(again setting the hosts entry for the channel to the IP address of the
machine).
When we deployed to the Internet, we get the Page Under Construction
Message (the standard iisstart.htm page). This seems to indicate that
MCMS is not firing (accessing other pages on the web is fine htm/aspx
etc.).
We set the Map Channel Names to Host Headers to Yes, and all SCA entry
points appear correct. Also, the ISAPI filters also appear to be
installed correctly. In addition, I can work fine on localhost (setting
the URL to the locahost IP - 127.0.0.1) which seems to indicate that
the installation does not have an issue.
The setup we have is the URL (www.sacsip.org) is assigned to the IP of
the internet facing box and DNS propogation worked fine. The Channel
name in MCMS Site Manager is also www.sacsip.org. As I said Map Channel
Names to Host Headers is set to Yes.
Any help is appreciated. I fear it might be something related to Port
Forwarding, so what is arriving at the box does not resemble the
Channel Name so MCMS does not recognize it passes onto IIS and IIS says
this is the root, so I just show the iisstart.htm page.
Thanks in advance
Stephen

| Hi Stephen,
please check if the ISAPI filters of MCMS are registered twice in IIS.
This could lead to such a problem.
Cheers,
Stefan
