Author Site periodically breaking after upgrade to .net 2.0 and VS 2005

I've seen this error pop up on a few different sites, but no one seems to
have a permanent fix. Basically what is happening is that about once a month
or so, the site errors out when a user visits it and displays the following
error message:

Could not load file or assembly 'App_Web_xxxxxxxx, Version=0.0.0.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system
cannot find the file specified.

According to what I've found on other sites, in order to fix this I have to
stop IIS then delete all the files in the Temporary ASP.NET Files Folder to
force a rebuild which will then bring the site back. Alternatively, I could
also edit the user control file mentioned in the details of the error message
(adding something as simple as just a space in the html of the user control
seems to work) which also seems to force a rebuild and allows the site to
return. *(I didnt have the details of the error to post here which I why I
just listed the error message instead)

What I'm curious about is if MSFT has come up with a patch or hotfix to
alleviate this problem yet. As I stated, about once a month we have to
perform the fix listed above to bring the site back because we havent found a
permanent fix yet and no one else who experiences this seems to be able to
either.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Stefan [MSFT]

Hi Dink,

this sounds like an ASP.NET related problem.
Please post to an ASP.NET related newsgroup.

Cheers,
Stefan
