| We want to set up 2 MCMS websites, one is a read point and the other is
a ready/write point.
On the read/write point, we want to automatically "authenticate" the
user. Is there a port we can setup the read/write entry website so MCMS
will automatically authenticate as the current windows logged in user?

| Hello vze1r2ht@verizon.net,
If you enable Windows Authentication on the read/write entry point users
will be authenticated seamlessly (i.e. without a prompt).
You may be prompted - if so you need to ensure the site is configured as
part of the Local Intranet zone in Internet Explorer.

| How can I check if the current site is a read/write entry point or a
read entry point using the PAPI api?

| Hello vze1r2ht@verizon.net,
I'm pretty sure you cannot determine directly the entry point type via PAPI.
However if you attempted to switch to update mode using the PAPI the operation
would fail.
The Server Configuration Application details the entry points.
