Hi,

I have administrator rights on site manager but still the tool->kill
lock option is disabled.
is there any way to enable this option.

Also suggest if there is some other option to kill the lock.

Rajesh

Hi Rajesh,

if this option is disabled, then there is nothing to kill.
A lock that can be killed with this option is a situation that should never
occur in MCMS and I have never seen it happen.

What situation do you have where you would like to kill a lock?

Cheers,
Stefan
