| We are using Commerce Server 2002 Enterprise Edition in the MSIB21
configuration.
The installation of all servers went well up to the following error message:
Server Error in '/msib21' Application.
No culture channels are found under site default root path. At least one
culture channel is required.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the
current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about
the error and where it originated in the code.
