authoring toolbar problem

| Hallow!
We have the following problem with authoring toolbar on our MSCMS
server.
There are two sites on one machine. One is working properly and showing
the authoring toolbar
in editing mode without problems.
The other when going to editing mode writes "(2 items remaining)"
in status bar and not showing authoring
toolbar, as if the explorer is trying to load it and stuck. When
working on the server machine locally , everything is working fine.
Only when trying to load the site in edit mode from different machine
the problem occurs. The other site is loading perfectly in edit mode
also from local and remote machine.
Please, give us some directions to look at , to solve this problem.

| Hi Arkady,
you should take a network monitor trace to analyze whats going on with these
two pending downloads.
This will show you if the problem is on the server side or on the client
side.
In addition: is there a proxy server somewhere between client and server?
Then check if a client that does not have to pass through the proxy also
experiences these problems.
