Hi,

We have two domains, call them Domain1 and Domain2. Our client machines in
Domain1 are using Symantec client firewall. A development machine (MCMS
read-write site) is located in Domain2, and I want to access it from Domain1
using Site Manager. When I try to connect with it, I get the AeJavaProxy
error, Underlying Connecton was closed. When I stop the client firewall, I
can get through just fine.

What needs to be configured on the firewall to allow Site Manager to pass
through? Port 80 is already open, because I can physically open the site
using http://servername.domain2/default.htm.

Thanks in advance,
Mike

Hi Mike,

only port 80 should be required.
Please take a network monitor trace to analyze what's going wrong.

Cheers,
Stefan
