Stefan,

Yes, it is an IE issue.

However, it appears ONLY with the MCMS 2002 Html Editor control, so IMHO,
that also makes it an MCMS 2002 issue.

I was hoping that the MCMS 2002 team would have some channel to work with
the IE team to understand what the IE team has done to you.
