Hi,

I imported an sdo that had a locked template and cannot find anyway of
unlocking it even in as an administrator.

Hi Jim,

locked templates cannot be exported - so they cannot be imported.
I assume that the templates got locked on the destination server before you
imported them.
So you should be able to check these templates in on the destination server
using MCMS template explorer.

Cheers,
Stefan

Thanks Stefan,

but it appears that someone has done the impossible. I am not responsible
for the process but it appears that templates checked out by a developer that
has left, have been imported into systest and remain locked????

Hi Jim,

sounds more as if this guy connected to the production databases with his
machine and locked them there.
I would suggest to open a support case to get this fixed.

Cheers,
Stefan
