| We have a client that is using Microsoft CMS 2002 SP1a. They have uploaded a
..wrf file (webEx) through the Resource Manager. When they go through the
template and tell the placeholder to display the file the file uploads
correctly.
On the website, the link is displayed and points to the path in the Resource
Manager (NR/rdonlyres/....). When the user clicks on the link, it opens a
window stating "page cannot be found". They have uploaded .swf, .doc, pdf,
etc. and all have been working fine. Is there an issue with .wrf files?
TIA

| Hi Hokie,
this is most likely an IIS problem and not a MCMS problem.
IIS will not allow the download of files with unknwon MIME types.
You need to ensure that IIS has a mime type mapping for the WRFfile.
Cheers,
Stefan

| That was it! It would help if I took a step back and looked at the whole
picture!
