Microsoft Content Management Server - Pictures greyed out

Pictures greyed out - help please

I have some photos that look fine in thmbnails however when I click on them a
portion of the pictured is greyed out. Any ideas howe I can rectify this?

Hi Marisa,

this post does not indicate that you have a problem with MCMS.
Please provide more details about how MCMS is involved.
