Export failure with Event ID: 2000
|

| Hi,
Our authoring server failed to complete it's export routine, reporting with
Event ID:2000.
Admittedly the disk on the server was down to 570Mb free (our MCMS Cache
being stored on a separate disk so MCMS Cache wasn't a problem). I was able
to free up some space and the export ran successfully.
I would like to be sure it was the disk space issue and not something else;
Here's the Event Log entry:
MCMS Site Deployment - Error occured. System.ArgumentException: Item has
already been added. Key in dictionary:
'{24B210C1-C715-4200-8557-6A7DBC75F930}' Key being added:
'{24B210C1-C715-4200-8557-6A7DBC75F930}'
at SiteDeployExport. orchestrateXMLGeneration(CDynamicImperso
nationHolder*
dynamicImpersonation)
at SiteDeployExport.DoExport(ExportMode importMode, String indexFile,
String tempDirectory, INRExportObjectPackage* exportPackage, CProgressHelper*
progressHelper, CDynamicImpersonationHolder* dynamicImpersonation)

| Hi Stephen,
this is not a diskspace problem.
You should request the following hotfix from Microsoft support:
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;EN-US;941420
Cheers,
Stefan

| Thanks Stefan, will do. Just for your info, we are experiencing this using
the export scripts, not Site Manager.
regards
Stephen
