| I am using a HPJ5780 all-in-one. When ever I scan a document then send it to
word, I can't see the entire document. I can see the outline when I click on
the document I can see half of it some times. For example if I click on the
top half I may be able to see the top of the document and then click on the
bottom half and maybe be able to see that half. If I right click cut and
past it on another page I maybe able to see it for a while until I try to
resize or move it. If I make a PDF out of the document I see it clear and all
of it. If I use another computer seeing the document isn't a problem. It
seems to happen only on this one computer. Before I formatted this computer I
seen all my scanned document without a problem.
