My company's MCMS approval assistant is not picking up all the
contents for approval. No matter how many pages there are, it can only
pick up one. Why is this so? Can someone advise me on how to
troubleshoot? I'm using MCMS 2002 with SP1.

Hi,

the approval assistant will only list items the person viewing the page has
rights to approve.
So if the user is not in an approver rights group with rights to approve
this page he will not see it.

Btw: SP1 is no longer supported since more than a year already.
