Arabic Problem after installing sp2

| I have cms 2002 with service pack 2 installed. When ever I am typing the
arabic chars in placeholder, in the html mode it shows in the format #num;.
How i can fix this

| Hi Jupitor,
that is correct.
The design was changed as some blind reader machines are not able to
understand non-ansi chars.
So all non-ansi chars in html output are now stored in html encoded format.

| So How I can fix this issue.
The content editors may not be familier with the technology, and some times
they want to edit the content in html mode,. Now what can I do.....
