Error in saving XML placeholder contents

| Hi,
I'm getting below error when trying to save XML placeholder contents.Any
idea what's wrong ?
"Failures occurred during the multi-object commit. One or more objects
modified in this session could not be committed. The session transaction was
rolled-back. Contact the site administrator."

does this Xml placeholder hold any links to other postings, channels or
resource gallery items?

It holds url of internal resources uploaded using ".AcceptBinaryFile" method.

ok great. Then it sounds as if there is a problem with one of these
resources.
Please remove the links one by one till you have identified the affected
resource.
