VISTA ON ANOTHER COMPUTER?

IF I UPGRADED MY ONE COMPUTER TO VISTA AND THEN THAT ONE DIED, COULD I REUSE
USE MY VISTA UPGRADE ON ANOTHER COMPUTER? IF NOT WHY? I MEAN, I DID PAY FOR
IT. YOU KNOW IF IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE WITH MY OLD COMPUTER THEN I SHOULD BE
ABLE TO USE IT ON ANOTHER COMPUTER.
