Author error message in Outlook 2003 after upgrade to SP3

I have a user who gets the following message whenever he tries to mark a task
as complete. The item could not be saved in this folder. The folder may have
been deleted or moved. Or, you may not have appropriate permissions for this
folder. Right-click the folder, and then click Properties to check your
permissions for this folder. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
