Formatting is not showing up

| I am having an issue with one of my html placeholders. I am allowing
full formatting but when you view the live site the formatting is
getting stripped out. This is only happening in one spot. I tried
removing the placeholder and readding it but it still happens. Any
ideas?

do you see these formattings when going back into edit mode?
Is the page approved?

formatting is still there when I go back into edit mode.

| Hi Mandi,
please do a "view source" and check if the formatting is in the html content
or not.
If yes, then there might be a style sheet that prevents the formatting from
working correct.

I made the word "test" bold, red and underlined it and here is what
shows up in the source.

I thought the same thing about a stylesheet possibly overwriting it so
I deleted all the classes from the page and it still shows up without
the formatting.
