/NR/exeres/ is being stripped off

| Problem:
I have 2 placeholders on a page. I add links to the same cms posting on
each, say 1.htm. The links on each work in edit mode, however, when I
approve and switch to live mode, the top placeholder, instead of changing to
the userfriendly url, stripped off the /NR/exeres/ so the live link goes to
"http://www.mysite.com/staging-development/9fb95b37-3c1e-482f-96f8-7ed70dada609.htm?NRMODE=Unpublished&wbc_purpose=Basic&WBCMODE=PresentationUnpublished
What is going on here? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using
MCMS 2002 SP1a on all Win2k3 Server boxes.

| I also meant to add, when I save the posting, the top placeholder is saved
without /NR/exeres, like this:
href="48EED08E-84B4-40F6-8968-BA3A8E4CC426.htm?NRMODE=Unpublished&wbc_purpose=Basic&WBCMODE=PresentationUnpublished"
and the bottom is saved with it, like this
href="/NR/exeres/30687EF2-B409-4904-9BCA-D6B433A979B7.htm?NRMODE=Unpublished&wbc_purpose=Basic&WBCMODE=PresentationUnpublished
