WSUS Delay in downloading updates and hotfixes, HMC

| service back updates talking more than 2months to be downloaded using WSUS.
Another example is for Update for Windows XP (KB935448); which is hotfix for
the recent security update KB925902 and security update KB928843; WSUS server
synchronized today lots of time but didn’t get the update. and still problem
of delaying updates to be downloaded to local WSUS.
