Could Not Create a Connected Template

| I have an error popping up when I try to create a connected template
in MCMS 2002 SP2.
Error message:
Could not create a connected template.
Time at which error occurred:
07/06/2007 10:25:59 AM
Exception type:
Microsoft.ContentManagement.DeveloperTools.ToolsModel.ToolsModelException
Machine on which error occurred:
xxxxx
Error source:
Microsoft.ContentManagement.DeveloperTools.ToolsModel
Error stack trace:
at
Microsoft.ContentManagement.DeveloperTools.ToolsModel.TemplateGallery. CreateConnectedTemplateGalleryItem(Templ
ateGalleryItem
connectedTemplate)
at
Microsoft.ContentManagement.DeveloperTools.ToolControls.TemplateGalleryExplorer.CreateConnected()
at
Microsoft.ContentManagement.DeveloperTools.ToolControls.TemplateGalleryExplorer.m_menuItemCreateConnected_Click(Object
sender, EventArgs e)
Error AppDomain:
DefaultDomain
Error thread ID:
3212
I tried checking out all the connected templates, but still got the
same error. But when I restarted Visual Studio (and a second time just
closed the solution and reopened it), the newly created templates
showed up (called "New Template", of course).
Any idea what might be causing this, and how to eliminate this error?
Thanks,
Jason

| Hi Jason,
you should open a support case for this.
Might be a db inconsistancy.
Cheers,
Stefan
