Author SDO Export Error: "Item has already been added"

Hi,

Approximately two and a half weeks ago we patched a production MCMS
2002 environment from SP1 -> SP1a -> SP2 -> MS07-018 hot fix.

The patching has fixed several issues we were experiencing but since
the patching we have experienced three instances of the following
error during an SDO deployment from our staging server to our live
internet facing MCMS web server:

Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: '{07475412-C77B-49C3-
BA94-E13672B84278}' Key being added: '{07475412-C77B-49C3-BA94-
E13672B84278}'

The deployment happens four times daily and we have had no reports of
any content going missing during the problem exports. The key values
are also different during the three instances of the problem.

Looking around the Internet I see that this issue has been raised
before with suggestions of database inconsistencies. Can anyone
elaborate on what this might be?

Looking at our licensing agreement it appears as though we no longer
have support and are now stuck in a situation whereby applying the
suggested patches has resulted in a new error and we are not sure if
its critical and whether we are losing authored content.

Any suggestions?

We opened a support case for this issue and the only suggested fix
(KB921300) did not fix the problem.

If anyone has ever had this problem or knows of any problems it causes
or other suitable fixes then please post your comments.
