Hi All,

We've bought Google Mini to implement search on our website. But, it's not
crawling the cms pages because our other site is not a CMS site and the
Google Mini Crawler is working fine. Is there any settings that I need to
change or Google Mini doesn'ot work for CMS? Please help...

Thanks,
Kulwinder

Hi Kulwinder,

does your CMS site use 302 responses?
Does your CMS site require authentication?

Afaik google does not support these two things.

Cheers,
Stefan

Stefan,

Thanks for your response. Our site is Public site using MCMS 2002. However,
some channels are members-only. Do you still think it can't crawl the public
sections?

Thanks,
Kulwinder

It should be able to crawl the anonymous sections if they are properly
linked.
Means with anchor tags and not through XML/XSLT, Javascript, ...

Cheers,
Stefan
