| I was able to add the assembly throught the .net command prompt.
However, I still could not see the StrippingHtmlPhControl in the placeholder
collection.
Here is the error in the event log:

I am pretty sure that the class name is correct. I also tried to add the
StrippingHtmlPhControl directly to the Toolbox, when I drag it from the
toolbox to template, it does not allow to me to drag.
What's exactly went wrong?
