I was able to add the assembly throught the .net command prompt.

However, I still could not see the StrippingHtmlPhControl in the placeholder
collection.

Here is the error in the event log:
Event Type: Information
Event Source: MCMS
Event Category: None
Event ID: 5702
Date: 7/9/2007
Time: 12:59:32 PM
User: N/A
Computer: computername
Description:
Failed to get type 'StrippingHtmlPhControl' from assembly
'CustomHtmlPhDefinition, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=10f8c453fc32248d'
(c:\windows\assembly\gac\customhtmlphdef
inition\1.0.0. 0__10f8c453fc32248d\customhtmlphdefiniti
on.dll).

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I am pretty sure that the class name is correct. I also tried to add the
StrippingHtmlPhControl directly to the Toolbox, when I drag it from the
toolbox to template, it does not allow to me to drag.

What's exactly went wrong?
