Issue with approval Assistant

Hi,

We are using IT-Hit web authoring enhancement with MCMS 2002.
We are facing a javvascritp error in the approval Assistant pop up,
"window.top.opener.top is null or not an object".

Please let me know if any one has faced this issue/found solution to this
issue.
