cmt hmtl editor doesn't work

Hi group

Having a wired problem with our CMS 2002 mixed mode installation and the CMS
HTML editor component ...

Having different "levels" off users:

- c users = (super admins)
- a users = (normal admin)
- x users = (normal users)

If C logs on the component installs without any trouble... but if a users
log on the same machine afterwards the component doen't work !

already tried to regsrv32 the 2 .dll files - but that doesn't work for a and
x users....

It's like the component are "profile" specific and not machine specific.

Can someone please assist ?
