We are trying to analyze usage statistics for a Content Management Server
2002 site using the Commerce Server Analysis module. When trying to import
the IIS logs got the following error: Failed to import log for site. IIS
logs (daily) are in the requiered W3C extended format. Could anyone please
help me?

Set-up:

Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition
English
Locale English US
Security patches
IIS 6.0 with ASP.NET

SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition:
English
Default Collation
Local System Account
Mixed Mode Authentication

Analysis Services
SP3a para SQL 2000

VB6 Runtime Components

Office XP (10) Web Components

Commerce Server 2002 Developer Edition English:
Custom Setup
Analysis and Data Warehouse
Site Packages
Online Documentation

Followed the procedure stated on:

could you post a couple of lines from the log file, and it's field headers??

CS Anaylsis can definately do this, so it shouldn't be hard to figure it
from your sample log file...

Sure, here it is, but it's not working with any logs at all, so maybe we
missed something, but dunno what, we followed all the steps listed.

Tried with SP3 (No SP2 before)
Tried with FP1 (First installed SP2 then FP1)

Are there any special consderation for the config?

These error messages appear in the event log, i'm thinking they might be
related:

CSDataWareHouse Error 49176 Log Import Task :Failed to import logs for site
: MCMSAnalysis
CSDataWareHouse Error 33308 AddLogDataSource failed for LDS: LDS for
MCMSAnalysis/Default Web Site
Commerce Server 2002 Error 32778 Failed getting destination timezone 0
Commerce Server 2002 Error 32780 Failed retrieving the timezone 0: 1
CSDataWareHouse Information 49171 Sync Task : Sync Task executed
successfully : MCMSAnalysis
