Hi all,
I have a CS2002 website that works well. But now I have to add
"digital products" (PDF, etc) sales.
The problem is when I add a digital product to the cart, the shipping
tax is being applied to all products, including the digital products.
So I have created a free shipping tax campaign that applies only to
products of this type.
But when I get in the cart, the campaign isn't applied.
How can I add this campaign rule to my Cart?

Is there any reference in the CS Help? I didn't found a clear one.

Thanks in advice.

Can you please list your free shipping discount in all details? What is the
Condition and Award, any other properties for the discount (you can check
them in DiscountManager on Edit Discount dialog). Also check Start and End
date of your Campaign, make sure it covers current date.

Thanks
Andre
