I would like to trial feature pack 1, but I don't have a dedicated machine
for it. I presume there is no way I can run a feature pack 1 commerce site
along side a SP3 commerce site - right? If I'm wrong, how would I set this
up?

Thanks
Martin

Hi Martin,

SP3 is mainly a rollup of hotfixes and all of those are also available on
FP1. So you could just move to FP1 and have 2 sites - one which uses the
new features such as in Marketing, Catalogs etc. and one which does not use
these features - which would almost be equivalent to running on SP3 (you
will still need to migrate some things like Catalogs when running on FP1 -
even if you are not using any features of FP1 - because of schema changes).

Thanks,

Unfortunately we have not stuck to the Catalog API so schema changes would
kill us right now.

Thanks for the info
Martin
