hi all
i keep getting the followin error:

Failed to establish connection to the profile datastore after multiple
retries.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the
current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about
the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Failed to
establish connection to the profile datastore after multiple retries.

i've already checked alll the connection string like a thousand times, any
help would be much appreciated

Have you tried running SQL profiler to see if a connection is actually
making it through to the database and then refused or else having a look at
the ODBC tracing to see if there are any errors there? If this works
sometimes and then stops you may actually want to make sure you have enough
connections available to connect to the SQL database.
