Problem Reinstalling Commerce Server Pipeline Components - Can't Access Any Commerce S

| When I attempt to run a commerce site on my dev box (Server 2003,
CS2002 SP3), I receive the following error:
COM object with CLSID {49BAB371-8337-417B-90E1-3F2012400141} is either
not valid or not registered. Description: An unhandled exception
occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please
review the stack trace for more information about the error and where
it originated in the code. Exception Details:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: COM object with CLSID
{49BAB371-8337-417B-90E1-3F2012400141} is either not valid or not
registered.
When attempting to debug a custom pipeline component, I receive the
following error:
"Ne Error creating CommerceServer COM component.
ProgId='Commerce.PooledPipeline' Hresult='-2146367486'
Description='Exception from HRESULT: 0x80110802.'"
I beleive the two errors are related. Since it appears that
Commerce.PooledPipeline has a problem from the latter error, I opened
Component Services and went to Commerce Server Pipeline and clicked
the Components folder and received the following error box:
Errors occured
Some object properties could not be read due to the following errors:
Commerce.MtsTxPipeline Object was not found in registry
Commerce.MtsPipeline Object was not found in registry
Commerce.PooledTxPipeline Object was not found in registry
Commerce.PooledPipeline Object was not found in registry
The error details for these errors say "You may need to reinstall this
component to restore the required registry settings."
I'm not sure how to properly reinstall Commerce COM components, but
this is what I tried:
I attempted to add Pipeline.dll to the COM+ Commerce Server Pipeline
Components folder using the COM+ Component Install Wizard (Install new
components), I received the following Component Install error: "The
file does not exist". What's weired is that Pipeline.dll does exist
in the directory I selected using the wizard's browse feature.
If I try to drag and drop the pipeline.dll into the component folder I
receive a Catalog Error that reads: "An error occurred while
processing the last operation. Error code 80110401 - Errors occurred
accessing one or more objects - the ErrorInfo collection may have more
detail, followed by the error box I received when clicking the
Components folder: "Errors occured. Some object properties could not
be read due to the following errors".
I then attempted to insert the CS2002 disk and run the repair tool,
but each time I try access the CS components, I receive an error
telling me that my build is newer than what's on the CS2002 and SP3
disk.
I have no idea how to get these COM component back up and working.
Can anyone help me on this? I'd really like to try to avoid
reinstalling Commerce Server from the ground up.

| This problem happens from time to time during installation. If you have a
working configuration, you can look to see what DLLs are registered to the
applications in CS that you're missing.
I'm away for US Thanksgiving and don't have my reference Virutal PC image
with me. However, I think there are just two DLLs that are found in one of
the Commerce Server directories that have to be dropped into applications in
component services. I know PSS won't be working today, but maybe someone
that has a working configuration can tell you exact DLLs and application
names.
