Installation Error on Win2k3 ?!

| Hi,
After installing CS2002 DEV on Win2003 we receive the following error message.
Error 1904.Module C:\Program Files\Microsoft Commerce Server
2002\Pipelineperf.dll failed to register. HRESULT
The error persists whenever we install SP3, Help Update etc. Nevertheless
everything seems to work fine?!
Any ideas how to solve the issue?

| There seems to be a problem with the Performance Counters on your machine.
Can you try running
regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Commerce Server
2002\Pipelineperf.dll"
and see if that fails?
If it does, then it confirms the fact that the perfcounters are messed up.
Unfortunately it is not easy to tell what the exact error could be in this
case.
However, the only effect that this should have will be if you are doing
performance analysis on that machine.
We hope to address this issue in the next version of Commerce Server.
